BLACK HAWK COUNTY – Enjoy the magic of the season at the Hickory Hills Holiday Light Show, opening December 5 at Hickory Hills Park, 3338 Hickory Hills Road, LaPorte City.
This annual drive-through light show runs from 6–9 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays the weekends of December 5, 12, and 19. Admission is $10 per vehicle, cash only, with all proceeds supporting Black Hawk County Conservation.
Featuring dazzling displays crafted by the Black Hawk County Conservation team, along with contributions from local businesses and organizations, the Hickory Hills Holiday Light Show has become a favorite holiday tradition for families across the community.
Event sponsors include: American Legion Post #207, Benton Building Center, Black Hawk Rental/Black Hawk Equipment, CBE Companies, Inc., CFCCU, Davison Gun Shop, Lamar Advertising, Manatts, MidIowa Coop, Stokes Welding, Wapsie Pines, and Waterloo Fiber.
