Black Hawk County landowners can apply for a No Spray Permit. If approved, the Integrated Roadside Vegetation Management (IRVM) staff will not spray herbicides on land that adjoins the applicant's property.
The applicant will be required to maintain the permit area free of noxious weeds and trees. This permit is only valid for county right-of-way adjoining property owned by the applicant.
